Getting PR mums back into the workplace

I am certain that every PR practitioner is committed to the growth of the PR industry in Australia. We know a major limitation to this growth is talent acquisition and retention - particularly at the middle management level.
Enter HSPR with a program to attract some of our best and brightest back into the workforce - by offering a helping hand to those on extended maternity leave with a bespoke 'Back to Work' training program.
This 'stepping stone' will help out-of-practice mums regain confidence, adapt/ learn new skills, and deliver strategies to deal with the nuances of a working mother's week.
Content will cover what's new, Paid-Earned-Shared-Owned channels, strategy development, thinking creatively, social media planning, brand activations and amplification, project and people management. The course culminates in a professional networking event with potential future employers.
HSPR is currently recruiting for a 'test' cohort to help refine and hone content for this first-to-market program. As such, this is a FREE program for four to five individuals seriously committed to returning to PR practice.
